Mrs. Chou Shipping Policy
At Mrs. Chou, we partner with trusted global couriers including FedEx, DHL, SF Express, UPS, and EMS, along with their local delivery partners, to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time—right to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping and provide real-time tracking through our integrated tracking system.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
We typically require 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) to process your order before it’s handed off to the shipping carrier. During peak times or holidays, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Once your order begins processing, we are unable to make changes, including updates to the shipping address. Please double-check your address during checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t receive it, please reach out to us at support@mrschou.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on their fulfillment location.
Payment & Verification
Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to verification and approval, which may take additional time. For your security, orders with mismatched or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Fees
We offer a range of shipping options tailored to your location and order type. The shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout. In some regions, your order may qualify for free shipping—in that case, no shipping charges will apply.

Priority Processing
Processing Time:
Priority Processing means your order will skip the line and be packed before non-priority orders. While we typically fulfill orders in 1–2 business days, priority orders are handled first within that same window.
Shipping Duration:
Priority Processing does not speed up delivery time, but it does get your order out the door faster. Standard shipping times are 7–15 business days, depending on where you live and the carrier used.
Delivery Estimates:
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate. Carrier delays, customs checks, or other unexpected events may affect actual delivery time.
Refunds for Delays:
If your Priority Processing order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window (excluding external factors), you may be eligible for a shipping fee refund—we’ll assess this on a case-by-case basis.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched to the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Some couriers may take a few days to update tracking info—so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up right away.

In such cases, shipping times may exceed our original estimates. If your order is delayed, we ask for your patience until the package arrives. You may also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, Mrs. Chou is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
First check with neighbors, your mailbox, and delivery spots around your home.
Then contact your shipping carrier to report the issue or file a claim.
Important: Delivery claims (lost, stolen, or damaged items) must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery timestamp. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for investigation or reimbursement.
Shipping Protection Terms
Mrs. Chou offers optional shipping protection that helps cover issues during transit:
What’s Covered: Loss, theft, or damage while the package is in transit.
What’s Not Covered: Issues that occur after the package is marked as delivered by the local courier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately and cannot make changes or updates to address information.
If the address provided is incorrect and the order has already been processed or shipped, Mrs. Chou is not responsible for lost or undelivered items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are unable to refund or reship orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, it will be up to the customer to retrieve the order.
