We’re so glad you chose Mrs. Chou for your family essentials. Our mission is to make parenting easier with thoughtfully designed products you’ll love. But we also understand that shopping online doesn’t always go as planned—so we’re here to help, no stress involved.
If you ever need to make a return, please review the following policy:
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Mrs. Chou accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:
Eligible for Return:
Item has defects or damaged.
- Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
All original packaging is included (e.g. box, product tags, seals, and protective covers)
A proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt) is provided
Returns must be sent back with tracking info within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Not Eligible for Return:
Items showing signs of wear or use
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
Items that are sanitary, intimate, or classified as hazardous materials
Any items marked final sale
We are unable to accept used feeding items due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Before Returning
All packages must be marked as delivered by our carrier before we can initiate a return.
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions with you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mrs-chou.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
Shipping Protection
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mrs-chou.com.
We rely on the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping carrier to verify all claims. For us to process your request efficiently, please include the following in your email:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage, including packaging if applicable
Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion. We may also ask you to return the damaged item to us. If the item is not returned within 14 days, you may be charged for the replacement and any additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mrs. Chou is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. We recommend ensuring the security of your delivery location and contacting your local delivery service immediately if your package is missing.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed delivered but reported stolen. We recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting the delivery carrier directly.

Warranty Policy
At Mrs. Chou, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty covering one-time replacement of defective or damaged items under normal use.
Warranty Terms:
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original delivery date.
This warranty covers product defects or damage due to manufacturing issues.
It does not cover refunds. Refunds are only available within our initial 30-day return policy.
Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by the Mrs. Chou team.
If the product is intentionally damaged or misused, we reserve the right to deny the warranty claim.
The customer is responsible for return shipping for warranty-related exchanges.
Failure to return the damaged item will result in the full retail charge of the replacement product.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function (e.g., scuffs or scratches)
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources
Please note: Shipping-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be considered. We use the carrier’s timestamp to verify claims.
To start a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@mrs-chou.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
Chargeback & Fraudulent Return Policy
At Mrs. Chou, we take fraudulent chargebacks and unreturned merchandise seriously. Customers who initiate a chargeback after receiving their order will be held fully accountable for the merchandise, including all shipping, handling, banking, and administrative costs related to the dispute.
Filing a chargeback on delivered goods without first contacting us will be treated as an act of unauthorized retention or theft.
Return Requirements After Chargeback
Customers must arrange their own return shipping for all items.
Goods must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the chargeback is initiated.
Failure to return goods within 30 calendar days may result in escalation to local authorities and/or legal proceedings to recover company property.
Damaged Goods & Misuse of Chargeback
Reporting damaged goods does not justify a chargeback. If damage occurs, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photo or video evidence.
Initiating a chargeback without returning the product will result in further investigation. All buyers agree to our return and refund policy upon purchase—it is the customer’s responsibility to review our terms before purchasing.
If You Have Initiated a Chargeback
If you initiated a chargeback and still have the product, please contact us immediately at legal@mrs-chou.com to resolve the matter properly.
We are always happy to help resolve issues when approached in good faith. However, unreturned products following a chargeback will be treated as unauthorized possession or theft, and addressed accordingly.
How to Return Your Mrs. Chou Order
We’re here to make returns as smooth as possible. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below carefully:
1. Download & Fill Out the Return Form
Download our Return Form and include the completed form inside your return package.
2. Repack Your Items
Ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging with tags still attached.
⚠️ Do not return used items or ship your package before receiving return approval. Returned items must meet our return policy requirements.
3. Email Us Your Return Request
Send an email to support@mrs-chou.com with:
A brief explanation for your return
A completed Return Form (as an attachment)
Subject line: Return: [Your Order Number]
4. Save & Share Your Tracking Number
Once your return has been shipped, send us the tracking number so we can confirm delivery and expedite your refund.
5. Ship It Back Using a Trackable Service
We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and consider purchasing shipping insurance in case of damage, loss, or theft.
