Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?
Absolutely. All of our products are made from 100% food-grade silicone and 304 stainless steel, and are BPA-free, phthalate-free, lead-free, and toxin-free. They’re independently tested to meet or exceed U.S. (CPSIA, FDA) and international safety standards.
Do your suction plates and bowls really stick?
Yes! Our non-slip silicone suction bases are designed to firmly grip most smooth, flat surfaces like highchair trays and tables. For best results, make sure the surface is clean and dry before use.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of our bowls, plates, lids, and utensils are top-rack dishwasher safe. They’re also easy to hand-wash if you prefer.
Can I microwave the plates or bowls?
Our silicone parts are microwave-safe, but we do not recommend microwaving the stainless steel components. Always remove the lid or metal parts before reheating.
What ages are your products designed for?
Most of our feeding products are ideal for 3 months and up, including those practicing baby-led weaning. Always supervise your child while eating.
Are the glass lids safe and shatter-resistant?
Yes. Our glass lids are made with tempered glass and designed to be shatter-resistant. They’re also airtight and leakproof, perfect for storing meals or snacks.
Where are your products made?
Mrs. Chou® products are designed in Germany and responsibly manufactured in certified, ethical factories overseas. We ensure all suppliers meet strict safety and labour standards.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is provided with every order.

Yes! Our bowls come with airtight, leakproof lids, making them perfect for storing leftovers in the fridge or freezer. They’re designed to keep food fresh and mess-free.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on our site or through the shipping provider.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
